Companion Plants for Beneficial Insects

Lots of people ask me what they can plant to attract beneficial insects to support pollination and prey on pests.

Here’s a short list of easy-to-find plants in what I consider the three most important families for attracting beneficial insects. ┬áRemember, plant a hedgerow with these plants in abundance to make a home for your beneficial insects and interplant with vegetable crops to draw them from their home into the field to pollinate and control pests.
